We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
In no event shall Kytbox, nor its operator, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us during the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kytbox and its operator from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
You may request a copy of your data or deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at support@kytbox.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
If you have a dispute with us, we encourage you to first contact us at support@kytbox.com to attempt to resolve the matter informally. We will endeavor to resolve your concern within 30 days.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia, governed by the laws of Indonesia without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Nothing in these Terms shall deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of your country of residence, including the right to bring claims in your local courts where required by applicable law.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect, via email or prominent notice within the Service.
